we believe locally sourced food is fresher, more sustainable, and more delicious. our chefs have spent years working to build strong relationships with suppliers and farmers like S.E. Daugherty and Nashville Grown, so we can source ingredients that meet our high standards, all while supporting the local community and minimizing our impact on the environment.
